What is Labor Repair Warranty?
Labor Repair Warranty means if there is an issue with anything we’ve worked on, we will come back and fix under warranty. If a part is needed, then that would be your only cost. The labor would be covered under warranty.
How does the Annual Service Reminder work?
Every year, we will get a hold of you and remind you that its time to service your HVAC equipment. From there, we work out an appointment for you and get you on the schedule!

What is Combustion Analysis?
A combustion analysis is a scientific method used to measure and evaluate the byproducts of combustion in a fuel-burning appliance, such as a furnace, boiler, or water heater.
It’s essentially a “blood test” for your heating system, performed by a technician using a specialized tool called a combustion analyzer.

Does Humidifier Service include humidifier pads or steam canisters?
Unfortunately, no. Pads and steam canisters costs are determined at the time of acquisition from a supply house.
What is the “Secondary Heat Exchanger”?
All high efficiency furnaces have a secondary heat exchanger within. This major component within a high efficiency furnace is one of the components that helps a furnace achieve such a high efficiency. If this becomes blocked or dirty, it can not only affect the performance of the furnace, it can in some cases stop the whole system.
What does “No After Hours Diagnostic or Labor fees” mean?
It means that even in an emergent event such as a furnace break down sometime not during business hours – we would charge as if it is regular business hours.
