Excellent service. Compared to several other companies I'm had perform repairs over the years, Grant Mechanical was quite the find. Very competent tech who assessed what turned out to be  multi-layered, first involved resolved the electrical problem with the unit itself, but it turned into running an in-depth diagnostic back to a recently installed replacement of my thermostat, which had been a real botch job by another much larger company few weeks ago. But Grant tech was great in their efficient, thorough, and level of technical expertise. Highly recommend this company. I know what company I'll be hiring in for any further repair or installation. Grant Mechanical has been a pleasure to work with. Everyone was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. This included the office staff (Ashley); Will, who came out to provide an estimate; and Dawson and Steve, who installed the new A/C unit and gas furnace. I would like to also give a special recognition to Dawson, who was the lead for the installation. He was very hard working, detail focused, conscientious, and informative. The installation was done very professionally and with great precision. Both Dawson and Steve would freely answer all my questions completely and left the job site very clean. I was very impressed with the entire process. The tech was early friendly and thorough. He got right to it found the problem fixed it and double checked all safety issues. Well Worth the call and he was also willing to help educate me.
