When you enroll in our preventative maintenance program, you’ll receive regularly scheduled tune-ups and maintenance visits performed throughout the year, ensuring your HVAC systems are running at peak efficiency.

Additional Equipment $8/month
  • 1-year part and labor warranty on any service repair that we perform
  • 1 visit per year Furnace and AC to be scheduled at the same time Spring or Fall.

  • 25-point HVAC operating and safety inspection checklist
  • Indoor Coil Cleaning starts at $150
  • Humidifier service add on - $40.00
  • Water Heater Service (40-50 gal excludes tankless) - $75
  • DTE Rebate add on if applicable - $30.00
  • Additional charges for furnace filter and humidifier pad to be determined at time of maintenance visit.
  • Go over any issues with homeowner that are found during maintenance service and make safety recommendations

  • 45-point HVAC operating and safety inspection checklist
  • Indoor Coil Cleaning Included
  • $75.00 loyalty rewards per year (use on major install jobs, equipment change outs, or accessories)
  • Diagnostic & Repair Rate Discount of 15%
  • Bio-clean treatments (bacteria treatment for the evaporator coil and blower assembly) 
  • Free furnace filters included

  • Over 45-point HVAC operating and safety inspection checklist 
  • As needed: blower wheel cleaning, burner cleaning, chemical coil cleaning, condensate treatments
